Books and Breakfast 2017-2018
All fourth, fifth and sixth grade students, parents and teachers are invited to join the Cannon Library Books and Breakfast Program. We will meet at 7:45 A.M. in the elementary library to have a sweet breakfast treat and discuss four of this year’s Mark Twain nominees. Please bring your own beverage. Parents are invited to attend, but parent attendance is not mandatory for students to participate. Please read the book prior to the meeting. We encourage you to make this a family literacy event by reading and discussing the book at home with your child. We will meet on the following mornings: 9/20, 11/29, 2/7 and 4/18 . The books are available for checkout at the Cannon Elementary Library or you may obtain your own copy.
